With consideration to our working staff, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. To avoid a possible cancellation fee, we request that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. With life challenges there can be emergencies that are unavoidable, so please call in this event. ~ Return Policy of purchase of products:
We encourage a consultation with a skincare professional to help with your selection of products prior to purchasing thus eliminating the need to return unneeded purchases. All unused or unopened products can be returned within 7 days for Le Visage Spa credit. With the exception of some temperature sensitive products, that can have some reduction in effectiveness if exposed to high heat. (sunscreens, skincuetical serums and epicuren skincare enzyme and acidophilus)

Services are subject to price change, thus the purchase price will be guaranteed for six months after purchase date. After six months the certificate is subject the face value of certificate in US dollars redeemable for any service. This certificate is transferable but is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. Certificate must be surrendered at time of redemption.
