Kristie’s commitment to health and wellness stand strong as she looks forward to helping others relax and unwind. A nationally certified massage therapist and graduate of Cortiva Institute Seattle, Kristie has received training in Swedish/Relaxation, Hot Stone, Sports, Myofascial, and Pregnancy massage, as well as Deep Tissue massage and injury treatment techniques. Her extensive training and knowledge allows her to provide client-centered sessions, specific to each person's individuals needs.

Kristie believes that massage is not simply a luxury, but a therapy that improves mind-body awareness and helps promote well-balanced living. She is dedicated to helping her clients empower themselves to improve their overall health and wellbeing, while encouraging smart self-care. Currently, Kristie is working on becoming a preferred provider.
